What NOVSTOR Is Responsible For

NOVSTOR commits to encrypting all credit card information during transmission over networks. This applies specifically to data in transit and forms part of our technical security safeguards.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information published on the site. Content — including product descriptions, pricing, availability, and promotional details — is provided for general informational purposes only. You rely on this information at your own risk.

NOVSTOR and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or procurement of products through it. What We Both Agree On

You understand that your non-payment or failure to comply with any term may result in termination of your access. Should NOVSTOR terminate this agreement — whether due to confirmed or suspected non-compliance — you remain fully responsible for all amounts owed up to the date of termination.

Either party may end this agreement at any time. You may stop using the site to end your obligations under these Terms. NOVSTOR may terminate your access without notice if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, though obligations that accrued before termination — such as payment liabilities — remain enforceable.

Where Disputes Are Resolved

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms of Service will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the UK. This includes questions about validity, performance, enforcement, and remedies.
